The myth of Prosser being non-partisan

Hmm, first Prosser's campaign manager called him a "common sense complement" to Scott Walker's administration, now Scott Walker’s attorney says Prosser is vital to Walker's agenda.  I guess that debunks the myth of Prosser being non-partisan!
